Quite certain, now. Doubting my arithmetic, I plugged your numbers into an engine calculator spreadsheat I've got (calculates displacement, CR, and some other stuff). Came out 449.6. I'll email it to you, if you want.

If the specs he gave are correct, that's what the displacement is. It makes sense, though: 4.155 bore / 3.75 stroke = 406cid 4.155 bore / 4.00 stroke = 427cid 4.155 bore / 4.125 stroke =

sorry correction, i looked threw some old Emails i saved and found my order it is a
BORE= 4.165" STROKE= 3.832" ROD LENGTH= 5.700" ROD RATIO: 1.49 DECK HT.9.015
415CI according to company 417CI according to calculator

I got 417 too... and an easier calculator. Try it...
Bore x Bore x Stroke x 6.2832
Might be off a few ten-thousandths, but who's counting those, right...
